Your goals. Our guidance.

Welcome to Atlantic Reserve Studies and Engineers

We provide professional consulting services to HOAs, COAs, townhome communities, and beyond to develop funding plans for association-maintained reserve assets. With our engineering expertise, we work with both communities and managers to provide education on the importance of maintaining a healthy reserve balance, analyze lifespans of association assets, and develop funding alternatives to ensure future capital reserve expenses are covered. We want you to come away with confidence that future repairs will be well-funded and accounted for, minimizing the need for special assessments or loans. Your future. Our mission.

Estimating repairs can be challenging. That’s where we come in.

We have an extensive knowledge of building and construction practices that give us the tools necessary to provide you with a detailed funding plan that is tailored to your specific community. We perform site visits to quantify and assess the quality of association-maintained reserve assets. Then, a detailed, yet easy to read, report is compiled that explains the capital expenditures the association should plan to fund over the next 30 years. Our funding recommendations aim to eliminate the need for special assessments and loans, so you can be confident in a predictable monthly, quarterly, or annual contribution into your reserve funding account. We meet with community managers, boards, and community members to ensure a full understanding of the study.
